At Top Echelon, we like to recognize recruiters for their production in the Network, especially those recruiters who “fly below the radar.”

We have just such a recruiter is who “flying below the radar,” somebody who has both kept a low profile and made placements almost immediately upon joining the Network as a Preferred Member.

In fact, considering the fact that she’s only been in the profession since 2012, it’s remarkable that she’s been as productive as she’s been during these past three years.

However, we’re not complaining . . . and neither are her Trading Partners, who have been the direct beneficiaries of her fine work.

Below are six reasons that Catherine Bateman of Woods & Paolino Recruiting Solutions is the Recruiter of the Week in Top Echelon Network:

#1—She’s unerringly consistent.

Since becoming a Preferred Member recruiter three years ago, Catherine has made four Network split placements in 2012, six Network splits in 2013, and three TE splits in 2014.  Once again, if every Top Echelon recruiter made Network split placements at that pace, we’d throw a ticker-tape parade.

#2—She’s split-minded.

What does this mean?  It means that Catherine does NOT view split placements as a last resort.  She pro-actively looks for ways to make split placements, and as a result, she communicates with her Trading Partners on a consistent basis.

#3—She provides a positive experience for Trading Partners.

Communicating on a consistent basis is just one of the ways that Catherine provides a positive experience for her Trading Partners.  As we’ve documented on many occasions, The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network represents the best way to provide a positive experience, and Catherine adheres to all of them: Quality, Communication, Trust, and Active Participation.  They’ve formed the foundation of her success and the basis for her popularity with Trading Partners.

#4—She always praises her Trading Partners.

Of course, Catherine’s Trading Partners also appreciate the fact that she always praises them for their efforts.  It should be noted that Catherine emailed praise regarding the three Trading Partners listed below to the Top Echelon offices.  She has done so with just about every split placement she’s made in the Network.  She fully appreciates her Trading Partners, and she communicates that appreciation.

#5—She exhibits tremendous patience.

Check out the comments listed below.  In two of the three instances, her Trading Partners made special note of Catherine’s patience during the placement process.  Patience is an often overlooked virtue, not only in Trading Partner relationships, but also in recruiting in general.  It’s an important asset and one that can pay off handsomely.

#6—She’s an excellent exporter.

In addition to her patience, Catherine’s Trading Partners also praise the quality of the candidates that she provides.  And we’re talking about candidates for high-level positions, such as a National Sales Manager, a Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and a Global Marketing Strategy Manager.  Accompanying all of these positions were hefty salaries and corresponding hefty placement fees . . . that Catherine’s Trading Partners were more than willing to share with her.

So congratulations to Catherine Bateman from everybody here at Top Echelon!  Thanks for your hard work and commitment as a Preferred Member recruiter in the Network.

At Top Echelon Network, we recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.

We recognize these recruiters by announcing the recruiter network awards that they’ve won in the pages of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group recently made his 300th Network placement, and he did so during the month of March, when he earned yet another Recruiter of the Month Award.

However, we do have a pair of new faces when it comes to the Largest Split Fee of the Month, which we’re glad to see.  It’s always good to see new faces in terms of our awards in the Network, and we certainly hope that it’s a trend that continues.

For more information about the Top Echelon Network recruiter awards listed below, login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the winning recruiters involved.

Cameron captured the top spot with six split placements during the month of March, while Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search was second with four placements and Ron Sunshine of Ron Sunshine Associates was third with three placements.

In addition, two Network recruiters made two Network placements apiece in March.  They were Emily Davis of The Candidate Combination, LLC and Recruiter Name Withheld.  Speaking of Davis and Shoulet . . .

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its recruiter network awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.

Every Preferred Member recruiter wants to make more split placements in Top Echelon Network!

That’s not secret. Something else that is NOT a secret is how you make more split placements in this Network.  Below are the two ingredients in this formula:

  • Great Trading Partners
  • Stellar candidates

If you combine both of those ingredients, you will make more split placements . . . just like the recruiters below.  Here’s the great thing about the placements below: They represent the first split placements made together by the recruiters involved.

Most of these recruiters have been in the Network for quite some time, but they still found a way to make a split placement with somebody they’ve never made a split with before.  That shows the quality of their work within Top Echelon, as well as their desire to fill the job order with the best candidate possible—regardless of whether it’s their candidate or another recruiter’s candidate.

So it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in the Network, it doesn’t matter how many placements you’ve made (or haven’t made), and it doesn’t matter how many Trading Partners you have.

If you build a great Trading Partner relationship with another Network recruiter and if the two of you share stellar candidates, then you can make more split placements, too!

Congratulations to everybody who DID make placements this week!

If you have questions about how to maximize your Top Echelon Network Membership and make more splits, I urge you to contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS at 330.455.1433, x156.
