Price Increase for Big Biller Software on March 1

Effective on Friday, March 1, there will be a price increase for the Big Biller software for members of Top Echelon Network.

The Big Biller software is listed on your Network invoice as “online software fee.” Below is new pricing structure for Network member agencies that use Big Biller.

Updated Pricing (March 1, 2019)
$60 per month for the first user and $40 per month for each additional user

Keep in mind that this price increase is for the Big Biller software only. It is NOT for Top Echelon Network. The membership dues for Top Echelon Network will remain the same: $130 per month.

This is the first time in nearly eight years that we’ve raised the price of Big Biller for Network member agencies. That’s because we believe in keeping the prices of our tools and services as affordable as possible.

Please note that you can take advantage of the annual billing option for Big Biller. This represents the best value for pricing. With the annual plan, the cost of the software is $55 per month for the first user and $30 per month for each additional user. Advanced payment is required to receive the annual billing rate.

On March 1, there will also be a change regarding disk space pricing. Network member agencies that use Big Biller will receive substantially more storage.

At the present time, your agency currently 1GB of space and are charged $15 for each additional 250MB over 1GB.

With the new pricing, your agency will receive 25GB of disk space storage and will only be charged $10 for each additional 1GB over 25GB.

Once again, this price change is for the Big Biller software only. It is NOT for Top Echelon Network. The membership dues for Top Echelon Network will remain $130 per month.
