Presenting the Top TE Producers for the Month of June

Every once in a while, somebody comes close to knocking Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group off his “Recruiter of the Month” perch. Usually, that somebody is Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search.

That was once again the case in June. That’s because while Trey won the award yet again with 11 split placements, Steve was right on his heels with nine splits. (In fact, Steve actually beat Trey in terms of cash-in collars for the month.)

Top TE producers: new faces

We do have a couple of new faces in terms of top TE producers, though. They include Michael Agen of New Solutions Group, LLC and Juanita Smith of the Executive Group.

We’ve highlighted Michael before when he earned Recruiter of the Week honors. However, he’s continued his hot streak. In fact, he’s accelerated it.

Michael has made 17 splits in TE through the first six months of 2018. If he continues at that pace and all of those deals close, that would give him 34 for the year. That would also put him in elite company within our recruiting network.

As it is, Michael recently cracked the top 12 in terms of cash-in during the past 12 months. More than likely, he’ll be moving up the list of top TE producers in the coming weeks.

Juanita, meanwhile, has made two splits this year, both of which closed during the month of June. Once you make one TE split, it becomes easier to make more. Juanita appears poised to string together multiple deals and continue leveraging the value of the Network.

Although, of course, it will be difficult for her (or anybody else) to catch Trey.

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its split recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of TE placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total is ultimately deemed the winner.
