Kumar, Morgan Strike Again with the Biggest TE Fee!
Shree Kumar of Max Populi, LLC and Darcy Morgan of GoRecruitMe are enjoying an incredible return on their Top Echelon Network membership this year.
Let’s start with the fact that they’ve boasted the biggest TE fee in not one, but two quarters. We can say that because they split the biggest TE fee in the third quarter. The two also combined to win the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter award for the first quarter of the year.

What’s interesting is that Shree and Darcy placed a Neurosurgery Senior Advisor in both cases. In addition, their fee for both split placements were within $24. The first split commanded a placement fee of $68,224 and their latest fee was $68,200.
But this dynamic duo did NOT stop there. As you can see below, they account for three of the top 10 fees in Top Echelon’s recruiting network during the third quarter. Their fees for those placements were $43,680 and $43,600.
To say that Shree and Darcy are on a roll with their split recruiting partnership would clearly be an understatement.
However, they are not the only Network recruiters mentioned multiple times on the list below. Elsa Duty of Recruiting Services International was part of two of the top 10 fees of the quarter. Elsa split fees of $48,400 and $42,900 during the quarter.
