Kerry Boehner Nominates Stephanie McGinty for Award!

Accomplishments:
Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates is the Recruiter of the Week, and one of her Trading Partners, Kerry Boehner of KOB Solutions, nominated her for the honor. (McGinty and Boehner recently placed a Marketing Manager, their first split placement together in Top Echelon Network.)
While their Trading Partner relationship is relatively young, McGinty and Boehner are already exhibiting traits that have typified some of the most successful relationships in Network history (Sean Napoles/Tommie Grayson and Donna Carroll/Gary Silver to name just two).
The thread that runs through all of these relationships and that is, without a doubt, the number-one ingredient in any wildly successful Trading Partner arrangement is Trust, one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network.
“I share all of my client information with her,” said Boehner. “We have a very transparent relationship. She’s definitely what you want in a TE partner. She actively recruits on what you need and delivers outstanding candidates. We recently had a placement, and now we’re working on new jobs. She makes it easy and fun, and I totally trust her 100%.
“I forward every email I get from my client directly to her. I want her to have as much information as possible. It’s almost like we’re working in the same office together.”
Boehner also pointed to three other traits that make McGinty an all-star Trading Partner:
- She communicates well (another Pillar).
- She’s pro-active during the placement process.
- She’s energetic and positive.
“When you work in an office by yourself, it’s nice to be able to rely on other energetic and fun people,” said Boehner. “This job is a lot of fun when you work with fun people, and Stephanie is a very enjoyable person to work with.”
