Katy McCracken: Recruiter of the Week in Top Echelon

First and foremost, there is no doubt that Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. is a powerhouse Top Echelon Network recruiting agency. The numbers definitely back that up.

Byrnes & Rupkey joined Top Echelon’s recruiter network in May of 2014. Since then, the agency has racked up 135 placements in TE. That’s a healthy average of 27 placements per year.

Lois Rupkey (now retired) earned Recruiter of the Week honors in Top Echelon Network. So did Kristy Staggs, who is now the President/CEO and owner of the agency.

And now agency recruiter Katy McCracken has earned Recruiter of the Week honors in TE!

Katy has made four split placements so far this year with four different trading partners. Not only does she make placements, but Katy is also a webmaster, meaning that she manages the Byrnes & Rupkey website!

In addition, Katy goes out of her way to compliment her split recruiting partners, as you can see below. This is further evidence that she works to build relationships in the Network, which increases the chances that she’ll make even more placements in the future.

“I only started recruiting six years ago, right after I graduated college, and have learned so much from the wonderful Byrnes & Rupkey team and Top Echelon.

“I have found that reaching out and developing relationships with TE partners who specialize in similar industries has been successful for me. I also send out a Hot Jobs list every week and have received some great candidates from fellow TE partners.
