Cordell and Rhodes Combine for the Biggest May Split
We happen to have two veterans of Top Echelon’s recruiting network combine to earn the biggest split placement fee during the month of May!
Those two veteran Network members are Cindy Andrew Cordell, CPC of Corporate Resources, LLC and Terry Rhodes of NewCareers. They represent two of the most successful recruiters in TE history. Not convinced? Well, consider the fact that they have a combined:
- 64 years of experience in the recruiting profession
- 50 years of Top Echelon Network membership
- 215 placements in the Network
- Cash-in total in the Network of over $1.75 million
And believe it or not, this is the first split placement that they’ve made together in Top Echelon! That just goes to show that it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a recruiter or how long you’ve been in the Network. You can always make a split with somebody you’ve never made a split with before. This is iron-clad evidence.
AND you might even combine to earn a split fee north of $40K. Which, of course, would give you even more reason to celebrate.
So congratulations to Cindy and Terry for making their first split together and for making one that earned the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award!

3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter
We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.
