We’re always excited when Top Echelon Network members make their first TE split placement. That’s because you can’t make multiple split placements until you make one. (Makes sense, doesn’t it?)

We recently highlighted a group of recruiters for making their first TE split placement. And we’re doing it again in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. In addition, we’re combining that focus with our “Comments and Compliments” feature in the newsletter. That way, you can see what the recruiters involved thought about these particular deals.

First TE split placement roll call

There are three members we’d like to highlight for making their first TE split placement. They are as follows:

  • Valerie Turner of AFALI Recruitment
  • Doug Bryson of Spearhead Staffing, LLC
  • Kurt Haugan of the Haugan Group

Making your first split in TE is akin to “getting your feet wet.” And membership in a recruiter network is like anything else, including riding a bicycle. The more you do it, the better you get.

Active Participation is one of The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network. The more that you participate in the Network, the more splits you can make. Remember, these are placements you would not have made otherwise. (Because if you could have made them otherwise, why didn’t you?)

Congratulations to Valerie, Doug, and Kurt for making their first TE split placement!

We have a Top Echelon Network split placement “for the ages” this week! We also have a lot of other split placements, too, as you can see below. However, this split is rather unique.

It’s unique because of the recruiters involved. One of the recruiters, John Ricciardi, started in the recruiting profession in 2017. The other recruiter, Don Fredrick, started in the profession in 1982.

John’s agency, the Afton Consulting Group, joined Top Echelon’s recruiting network in November of last year. Don’s agency, Executech, joined the Network in August of 2000.

Clearly, John and Don came to this placement from vastly different points in their recruiting career and their Network tenure. Regardless of that, they still came together to make a placement they would not have made otherwise. Not only that, but this also represents John’s first Network split placement!

This is yet another reminder that anybody can make a split at any time for any reason in Top Echelon Network. And this is also why this is a Network split placement “for the ages.”

And if you’d like to know how YOU can enjoy more Network success (including making your first TE split), please contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

We happen to have two veterans of Top Echelon’s recruiting network combine to earn the biggest split placement fee during the month of May!

Those two veteran Network members are Cindy Andrew Cordell, CPC of Corporate Resources, LLC and Terry Rhodes of NewCareers. They represent two of the most successful recruiters in TE history. Not convinced? Well, consider the fact that they have a combined:

  • 64 years of experience in the recruiting profession
  • 50 years of Top Echelon Network membership
  • 215 placements in the Network
  • Cash-in total in the Network of over $1.75 million

And believe it or not, this is the first split placement that they’ve made together in Top Echelon! That just goes to show that it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a recruiter or how long you’ve been in the Network. You can always make a split with somebody you’ve never made a split with before. This is iron-clad evidence.

AND you might even combine to earn a split fee north of $40K. Which, of course, would give you even more reason to celebrate.

So congratulations to Cindy and Terry for making their first split together and for making one that earned the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.
