Case Studies in Trading Partner Cooperation
Sometimes, making placements is not easy. Sometimes, making split placements is not easy, either. However, sometimes a recruiter makes a split when they weren’t going to make a placement at all. And the number-one reason is cooperation.
Cooperation is not one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network. However, if we ever expanded the list, we would give it serious consideration.
Full-scale and full-blown cooperation
Below are three case studies regarding cooperation between Top Echelon split recruiting partners. The partners in question were not merely passive participants in the hiring process. No, they were proactive protagonists, doing whatever was necessary to get the job done.
That’s part of the value that Top Echelon Network offers to members. It offers the chance to work with other recruiters who share the same passion and determination and dedication to the profession. Even better, it offers the chance to make money with these other recruiters.
So check out the case studies below. Notice the common theme of cooperation. These recruiters exemplify “the spirit of the Network.” They’re split-minded, they’re proactive, and they’re committed to cooperation with their trading partners.
And that’s why they’re making placements that they wouldn’t be making otherwise.
If you want to compliment your trading partner for a job well done, be sure to do so while filling out the Completed Placement Form. If you have questions about your Top Echelon split network membership, please contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
