How to Add Two or Three Placements Per Year

How would you like to add two or three placements to your billings every year, no matter how much you billed? Of course you would! You’re a recruiter, after all.

Well, here’s the good news: you can add the equivalent of two or three placements to your billings every year. And you can do so in the form of contract staffing.

As you can see, many of the Network members listed below are earning thousands of dollars every month in recurring revenue. They’re earning this revenue because they made the decision to add contract staffing services to their agency’s business model.

Extrapolate that over a calendar year, and a recruiter can earn $50K to $75K extra just by offering contracting to their clients. And you don’t have to stop making direct hire placements. Contracting does NOT interfere with direct hire.

So let’s say you make $225K in direct hire placements. With contract staffing, that total could be $300K. And contracting is nowhere near as difficult and confusing as you might think it is, especially since Top Echelon Contracting takes care of all the back office details.

So keep that in mind. And ask yourself this question again: how would you like to add two or three placements to your billings every year, no matter how much you billed?

(Editor’s note: This report lists the Top 10 Top Echelon Network members by contract placement earnings through Top Echelon Contracting. The report is provided to Network members for informational purposes.)
