Recruiting Partnerships = the ‘Spirit of Networking’!

In the best-case scenario in Top Echelon Network, recruiters partner with each other during the search, they communicate continually, and they share the workload until the job is filled and the placement is made.

THAT is the true “spirit of networking” in Top Echelon.

And we have some excellent recruiting partnerships in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.  We like to highlight these types of recruiting partnerships because they happen every single week in the Network AND we want as many recruiters as possible to experience such a partnership.

One of the great things about this week’s featured placements is that in two of the three cases, they represent the first split that the two recruiters have made with one another.  That means there are more recruiting partnerships and more placements looming in the future.

And a future filled with placements is a fine future, indeed.
