This year has been the “Year of the Engineer” in Top Echelon Network.

Okay, it hasn’t officially been deemed as such, but 2014 has been a year in which the Engineering discipline has become more prominent.  Manufacturing has ruled the Network since, to quote Top Echelon IT Manager Todd Bossler, “God was a boy.”

And invariably, Manufacturing is still “King of the Hill” in terms of the placements made in Top Echelon Network.  However, Engineering has made a major move, and Preferred Member recruiters continue placing Engineers left and right . . . as evidenced by the placements listed below (AND the placements listed here).

Will Engineering one day overtake Manufacturing in Top Echelon Network?  That would be a tall order to fill, but don’t underestimate companies’ increasing need for Engineers—and Network recruiters’ ability to provide them and place them.s

Below are the split jobs that were filled recently by Network recruiters:

  • Sr. Substation Protection & Control Design Engineer
  • Process Control Engineer
  • Director of Medical Affairs
  • Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly
  • VBA Analyst
  • Ruby Developer
  • Drafting & Design Engineer

For more information about how YOU can be more successful in Top Echelon Network and make more split placement, regardless of the disciplines in which you work, call Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS at 330.455.1433, x156.

We’ve written at length about what Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group has accomplished in the Network during the past three to four years . . . so we’ve just about run out of things to say.

But we’re in luck!  That’s because this particular blog post pretty much speaks for itself.

In this post, you’ll find nine placements, all of which were filled by Cameron’s candidates.  (And of course, his Hiring Hook recruiting website assisted with those placements.)

I know that some Preferred Members might be getting a little Cameron-weary of seeing his name everywhere, but when you’re making this many placements this quickly, it becomes almost impossible to not garner attention.  (I mean, it’s not like he’s slowing down or anything.)

Below are the split jobs that were filled in the Network recently by Trey’s candidates:

  • Senior Quality Manager – Regulatory Affairs
  • Claims Manager
  • Data Analytics Manager
  • VP of Revenue Cycle
  • Database Analyst
  • Production Quality Engineer
  • User Experience Designer UI/UX
  • Inside Sales Representative
  • Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly

For more information about how YOU can be more successful in Top Echelon Network and make more split placements (with or without Trey), please call Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS at 330.455.1433, x156.

Top Echelon welcomed 10 new Network recruiting agencies during the month of October!

Remember, if you know somebody who you think would be a good fit for Network Membership, you can receive a $100 credit toward your Top Echelon invoice for referring a firm that eventually becomes a Preferred Member.

You can send your referrals to info@topechelon.com.

We have more big Network milestones to celebrate in Top Echelon during the month of November!

Specifically, we have a 25-year, a 20-year, two 10-year, and one five-year anniversary.  The 25-year anniversary is Atlantic Resource Group, Inc., which has five staff members in Top Echelon and has made a total of 84 Network placements.

The 20-year anniversary belongs to NewCareers, specifically to Terry Rhodes and Mary Beth Rhodes.  Terry has made 128 placements in Top Echelon Network and cashed in over $1 million during the past 20 years.

Celebrating their 10-year Network anniversaries are Gail Williams of Williams Recruiting, Inc. (11 placements) and Doris Painter, CPC of Painter & Associates (39 placements).  Last but certainly not least, Jim Grates of Arris Consultants, Inc. is celebrating his fifth anniversary.

As I’ve stated before, we don’t recognize every agency that’s celebrating an anniversary each month.  Instead, we focus on the “big” ones—five, 10, 15, 20, and 25-year anniversaries.

As always, we want to thank all of these recruiters for their commitment as Preferred Members, and we also want to help them celebrate their respective Network anniversaries in Top Echelon.  Congratulations!

In the best-case scenario in Top Echelon Network, recruiters partner with each other during the search, they communicate continually, and they share the workload until the job is filled and the placement is made.

THAT is the true “spirit of networking” in Top Echelon.

And we have some excellent recruiting partnerships in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.  We like to highlight these types of recruiting partnerships because they happen every single week in the Network AND we want as many recruiters as possible to experience such a partnership.

One of the great things about this week’s featured placements is that in two of the three cases, they represent the first split that the two recruiters have made with one another.  That means there are more recruiting partnerships and more placements looming in the future.

And a future filled with placements is a fine future, indeed.

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!
