Network Trading Partner Provides the ‘Perfect Candidate’
THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:
Everybody is looking for the “perfect candidate.” Of course, that candidate doesn’t actually exist. They’re like a combination of Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster.
However, that doesn’t stop hiring managers from asking for the “perfect candidate” . . . over and over and over again. (“Send me another candidate. Send me another candidate. Send me another candidate.”
However, when you’re a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network, you have access to candidates who are as close to perfect as you’re going to get. That’s because you have access to other recruiters and their candidates. If you don’t have the “perfect candidate,” then maybe they do!
That’s certainly the case in this week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments.” It’s also been the case for Top Echelon Network recruiters all year long. You want impossible-to-find candidates? Ask your Trading Partners for them.
And if you have questions about how YOU can find great candidates in Top Echelon (maybe even “perfect” ones), then call Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS at 330.455.1433, x156.
Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!
