4 Reasons to Celebrate Your Split Partners in TE

As you probably already know, we like to celebrate things here at Top Echelon. As such, we encourage our members to celebrate, as well . . . and there’s nothing better to celebrate than closing deals and making split placements!

However, it’s not just the placement checks themselves that should be celebrated (although your mortgage might think so), but it’s also your split partners who should be celebrated, too.

After all, “but for” them, you would not have made the split. And such a prospect is sad, not celebratory.

With all of this firmly in mind, below are four reasons for celebrating your split partners:

#1—Surprise placements

Sometimes, placements happen in Top Echelon Network when recruiters least expect them, and many times the work that a split partner has done is the reason why. The only thing better than making a placement when you expect to make it is making a placement when you don’t expect to make it. Surprise!

#2—Top-notch candidates

The very best candidates, which are what ALL organizations want, are always in short supply. If recruiters had access to those candidates themselves, they wouldn’t need the help of their split recruiting partners . . . but they don’t . . . so they do. Savvy? (Sorry, I was channeling my inner Captain Jack Sparrow there for a second.)

#3—Somebody you can TRUST

People you can trust in the recruiting and staffing profession can also be in short supply. Trust is one of The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network, and it’s been proven time and time again that when two Network members trust one another completely, that’s when the real money making begins in the form of multiple split placements. We’re talking 15, 20, 30 placements, and in some cases, even more than that.

#4—Not just a business relationship, but a friendship

Many recruiters in Top Echelon Network don’t just consider their split partners to be business associates. They also consider them to be good friends. As you might imagine, this enhances their business relationship and increases the chances that they’ll make more split placements together.

If you have questions about how to maximize your Top Echelon Network membership and make more splits, I urge you to contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
