20 Splits and Two Fees Over $45K This Week!
September is traditionally a strong month for recruiters in Top Echelon, and Network members are off to another strong start this September!
That’s because they racked up 20 split placements last week. Not only that, but many of those placements also brought with them large recruiting fees.
For example, Kym Springer of Team Builders Recruiting and Consulting and Linda Cooper of ADM Talent Recruiting, LLC placed a Senior Risk Manager for a split fee of $47,500 at 25%.
In addition, Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. placed a Plant Manager for a split fee of $46,000 at 20%.
In terms of pure volume, Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group led the way by being part of six splits during the week.
