The Assertive Way to Work Top Echelon Network
As you may have noticed, I’ve been hammering the fundamentals of Top Echelon’s recruiting network. That’s because getting back to basics is the best way to enjoy success in TE. For this particular blog post, the topic I’m addressing is being assertive in the Network.
Notice that I did NOT say “being aggressive.” There’s a difference between being assertive and being aggressive. Being assertive can result in Network success. Being aggressive can result in a phone call from me.
So what IS the difference? Well, I’m glad you asked. Because I have the answer . . .
The finer points of being assertive
For the past few years, we at Top Echelon Network have compiled a rather impressive library of training videos for Network recruiters.
