What EXACTLY is Active Participation in Top Echelon?

Last week, I published a Pinnacle Newsletter Blog post about The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network. Knowing the Pillars are a not a prerequisite for success in our recruiting network, but knowing them certainly can’t hurt.

In fact, I would encourage you to know them and utilize them as much as you can. To recap, the Four Pillars are as follows:

  1. Quality
  2. Communication
  3. Trust
  4. Active Participation

You can read my previous post to learn more about these Pillars. However, I’m focusing on Active Participation with this particular blog post. That’s because I have a FREE Network training video that explains this Pillar in more detail. But first, a little backstory . . .

Active Participation = more placements

For the past few years, we at Top Echelon have compiled a rather impressive library of training videos for Network recruiters.

These videos are recorded versions of live training webinars (our “Training Tuesday” sessions). We’ve designed them to help you enjoy more success. In other words, we designed them to help you make more split placements.

These videos, which we’ve placed in the Top Echelon Help Center, are “evergreen.” What does that mean? It means we’ve filled them with information that is timeless in terms of what it takes to be successful in Top Echelon’s recruiter network.

So please enjoy this week’s Network training video!

Webinar Video: “What Exactly IS Active Participation”

Description: Active Participation is one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network . . . but what the heck IS it? What does it mean? How does one “actively participate” in the Network, at least to the level that will reap benefits and result in placements?

Video Length: 15 minutes, 9 seconds
