The Largest Split Fee of the Month: $58,750

Is the market getting better? Does it seem as though it’s easier to get job orders and actually fill them?

It seems that way, but I’ll let you answer these questions internally, without saying the answers out loud. (Unless, of course, that’s what you want to do.)

However, regardless of those answers, recruiters keep making split placements with big fees in TE Network. Speaking of big fees, the largest split fee in the Network during the month of May totaled $58,750.

Teresa Pernini of Pernini Legal, LLC and Rob Sappenfield of Sappenfield Staffing, Inc. were responsible for that placement . . . and for that fee. Teresa and Rob placed an Associate Attorney – Labor and Employment to earn their hefty fee.

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!
