TE Recruiters Continue to Churn Out Placements
Why is there a photo of ice cream above? First, I love ice cream. Second, TE recruiters are continuing to churn out split placements! (Yes, I could have put a photo of butter up there. But I like ice cream more than I like butter.)
Anyway, as good as ice cream is, making placements in our recruiting network is even better. And we have more good news with this week’s installment of Network splits:
Network recruiters made 47.2% more splits in October of this year than they did in October of last year.
There is a season, churn, churn . . .
This comes on the heels of TE recruiters making more placements year-over-year in August and September. (If you’re keeping score at home, TE recruiters also made more in June and were tied with last year in the months of May and July.)
And we have even better news: offers accepted in the Network are now up on a year-over-year basis for the past seven months! In fact, offers are up 22% year-to-date (YTD). That means, of course, that completed placements for November and December should also beat last year’s totals.
So relax and enjoy. Post a job. Look at candidates. Eat some ice cream.
Then don’t forget to churn out more placements.
Congratulations everybody who made placements this week in Top Echelon Network!
