Talented Recruiters + the National Convention = More Money!

One of my favorite sayings is “Good luck is when hard work and preparation meet opportunity.”

That saying definitely applies to enjoying success in Top Echelon Network, although I would throw in another variable equation . . . the variable of talent.

We have a lot of talented recruiters in Top Echelon Network.  They’re very good at what they do, and they’ve been doing it for a long time.  We often recognize those recruiters in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog as the “Recruiter of the Week.”

In fact, both of the recruiters in this blog post have been honored as such.  Those recruiters are Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC and Carol Martin, CPC of Martin Management, Inc.  (In fact, we honored Carol as Recruiter of the Week in our most recent issue of the newsletter.)

I mention this because Maria and Carol met at the 2014 Top Echelon Network Fall Conference in Chicago, and as a result of that meeting, they made a split placement, the details of which are below.  So if we were to represent this with an equation, it might look like this:

Talent + hard work + preparation + opportunity = success

And wouldn’t you know it, we have another Top Echelon Network event coming up: the 2015 National Convention in Atlanta on Tuesday, April 14, and Wednesday, April 15.  So let’s refine our formula even further:

Talented recruiters + the National Convention = more money!

We know you’re talented recruiters.  After all, we let you join our split placement network.  Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti would not have let you do so unless you were capable.  So all you really need is an opportunity, and that opportunity is the National Convention.
