At the beginning of the month, we announced that there will be a price increase for Top Echelon products and services effective on January 1, 2023. As a reminder, this price increase, which is approximately 5%, affects the following:

First and foremost, the membership dues for Top Echelon Network will increase from $130 per month to $135 per month. (However, please note that the 6% brokerage fee will remain the same.)

In addition, the price of Top Echelon’s recruiting software will increase from $75 per user per month to $79 per user per month.

Keep in mind that if you’re a Network member and you do not use Top Echelon’s recruiting software, the price of monthly membership dues is still increasing from $130 per month to $135 per month.

At Top Echelon, we’re committed to continually improving our ATS and CRM. This price increase helps to ensure our commitment to providing the very best products and services for our customers.

See a comprehensive list of the updates and upgrades that we’ve made to our recruiting software, both our ATS and the Top Echelon Network software for making split placements.

We thank you for your loyalty as a Top Echelon Software customer, and we hope to continue serving your needs and the needs of your agency far into the future.

Top Echelon offers a free monthly webinar as part of its Expert Recruiter Coaching Series.

These webinars touch upon a variety of recruiter-related topics. These topics deal with both job candidates and clients. As always, our goal with these webinars is to help professional recruiters and executive search consultants just like YOU make more placements.

We record these webinars for recruiters who can’t attend the live presentation, and we’re now pleased to offer the video from our most recent webinar by Jon Bartos of Revenue Performance Management and Starfish Partners.

The title of that webinar (and corresponding training video) is “Best Practices in Appointment Setting for Recruiting and Staffing Professionals”

Below is the official description for this training video:

How many times a day do you call somebody and they don’t even have their voicemail set up? It’s no longer surprising. The world of communication has changed dramatically during the past 10 years. In any generation today, there is not one preferred medium of communication. Thus, the importance of world-class methods to help get to “LIVE” conversations. It didn’t just happen to the recruiting and staffing industry, it happened to everybody selling anything B2B.

In the next webinar video in Top Echelon’s Expert Recruiter Coaching Series, Jon Bartos will go over why communication technologies changed so dramatically and what the best practices are for having “LIVE” conversations.

Take-aways from this webinar video include:

  • An understanding of what happened and why just the phone by itself is losing its effectiveness
  • The power of intro and technology cadences
  • Which technologies work the best for generating interest and appointments

Okay, this where the “rubber meets the road,” so to speak.

That’s because we’re at the billings stage of our “Planning Your Network Success” series of blog posts. Specifically, I’m going to discuss how much the recruiters in each of The 5 Stages of a Networker typically bill within Top Echelon Network.

Because after all, what’s the bottom line when it comes to membership in a recruiting network?

Making placements!

As you might imagine, the higher level of a networker that a recruiter is, the more they’ll bill in Top Echelon Network. (And in actuality, the more they’ll bill overall, as well).

This is why we’re such big advocates of recruiter networking events, especially our Virtual Core Groups. Networking works and it works well on a number of different levels.

So, without further adieu, here’s what more networking could do for your billings in Top Echelon:

Stage 1 Networker:

Their billings are typically $0, whether it’s a good economy or a bad economy.

Stage 2 Networker:

Their billings are typically $0 to $10,000 during a 12-month period. In a strong economy, the Stage 2 Networker does not recognize the value of the Network to their bottom line.

Stage 3 Networker:

Their billings are typically $15,000 to $30,000 during a 12-month period, depending upon the economy. The Stage 3 Networker knows that their split recruiting business is important to their bottom line in both a good and bad economy.

Stage 4 Networker:

Their billings are typically $45,000 to $85,000 during a 12-month period. The Stage 4 Networker knows that their split business is important to their bottom line in both a good and bad economy.

Stage 5 Networker:

Their billings are typically $90,000 to $210,000 per year, depending upon the economy. A Stage 5 Networker recognizes that the machine needs to be oiled in both good times and bad times. They use the Network to make split placements under ALL economic conditions.
