It’s that time of year again. That’s right, it’s time for Top Echelon’s Annual State of the Recruiting Industry Report survey!

Since you’re a member of Top Echelon’s recruiting network, we’d like to invite you to participate in our survey. Your responses to this survey will serve as the basis for Top Echelon’s 2020-21 State of the Recruiting Industry Report.

There are 22 questions in this year’s survey. We want your viewpoints, opinions, and perspectives on a wide range of topics. And as always, we encourage you to elaborate on any and all points that you see fit. Vent to us, if you must. We’re here to listen.

The questions in this year’s survey include the following topics (among others):

  • How the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the industry
  • The top complaints clients have about candidates
  • Where the best quality candidates come from
  • The most successful places to advertise job openings and reach candidates
  • Recruiters’ top challenges and concerns about the future—including and excluding COVID—and how to address them

Here’s the really good news: if you participate in our survey, then you’ll be among the first to receive the 2020-21 State of the Recruiting Industry Report. We estimate that the report will be completed and ready for distribution shortly after the first of the year. (Although of course, we reserve the right to publish it later . . . or sooner, maybe. We’ll see what kind of mood we’re in.)
