Why is the woman in the above photo so excited? Perhaps she just made a $50K placement fee. But . . . probably not. She is just a stock photo model, after all.

However, Top Echelon Network has REAL recruiters who are making REAL placements on a daily basis. And that includes Christina Boudreaux of Connectly Recruiting and Ann Boland of The Boland Group.

Why am I mentioning Christina and Ann specifically? Because they are responsible for the Largest Split Fee of the Month in Top Echelon Network for November! Christina and Ann placed a SVP – Business Development to generate a $52,500 fee at 25%.

But other Network recruiters accounted for big Network fees, as well. These recruiters include Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. Not only did Steve earn Recruiter of the Month honors in Top Echelon, but he was also part of two of the top five placement fees in November.

Long-time Top Echelon Network member Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. is Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon Network for November!

Not only that, but Steve is also closing in on yet another big Network milestone. As of the publishing of this blog post, his cash-in total through Top Echelon is $4.8 million. So it seems as though it’s a foregone conclusion that he will surpass the $5 million mark sometime during 2024.

However, another Network recruiter in the top five for November is also approaching a couple of milestones. That recruiter is Kerry Boehner of KOB Solutions, Inc. As you can see below, Kerry has made 99 Top Echelon placements totaling $986K within the Network. A few more TE splits and she should successfully reach not one, but two milestones!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)

A lot of congratulations are in order in this week’s installment of Top Echelon Network split placements!

That’s because not only did one of the placements generate a $40K recruiting fee, but it also represented two Network recruiters’ very first split. Those recruiters are Jimmy Fong of Network Recruiting and Eric McDanel of Executive Search Partners, LLC.

Eric and Jimmy placed a Project Manager to generate their $40K fee at 25%. But wait . . . there’s more!

That’s because two MORE Network recruiters made their very first split placement in Top Echelon Network. And yes, once again, they made the placement with each other!

The two recruiters in question are Amy Oviedo of Recruiting Experiences and David Hosmer of Vortek Systems. Amy and David placed an Oversized Load CDL Truck Driver to earn a $13,728 fee at 20%.
