At Top Echelon, we like to recognize Network recruiters for their accomplishments, and we also want to help them celebrate those accomplishments.

That’s why we publish them in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

And the milestone we’re highlighting in this issue of the newsletter involves a recruiter who has proven to be one of the most consistent, steady, and reliable producers in the history of Top Echelon Network.  That recruiter is Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc.

Sean recently made his 200th placement in Top Echelon Network, which is quite an accomplishment, since only a handful of recruiters have reached that milestone in Top Echelon.  They include the following:

  • Bruce Ramstad of Ramstad Recruiting—308 placements
  • Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group—275 placements
  • Gary Silver of The Shay Group—235 placements

Sean has joined what could be called an elite group of recruiters within Top Echelon Network, and he’s not showing any signs of slowing down.  In October, Sean celebrated his 14th anniversary in the Network.  That means he’s made an average of over 14 placements per year.  (He’s currently at 202 placements.)

If Sean chooses to keep recruiting, I have no doubt that he’ll reach the 300-placement plateau.  Not only that, but he’s also a Million Dollar Producer in the Network, and there’s a good chance he will hit the $2 million mark sometime next year.  That would put him in another elite group of company.

If there’s a recruiter who could serve as the model Top Echelon Network Preferred Member, that recruiter is Sean Napoles.

Congratulations, Sean, from everybody at Top Echelon!

There are a lot of reasons why we’re optimistic about 2015 in Top Echelon Network, and one of the biggest reasons is the success of our newer Network recruiters!

That success is illustrated in the split placements below, which feature a number of newer Network recruiters.  Some of them made splits with more tenured Preferred Members, and some made splits with one another.

The following is a list of the recruiters in this blog post who have joined the Network within the past 12 months (including the number of Network split placements they’ve made since joining):

  • Melissa Truax of Premier Health Careers, Inc./Premier Paths—7 placements
  • Shelli Saunders of The Recruiting Pro—5 placements
  • Lois Rupkey of Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc.—4 placements
  • Kristy Staggs of Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc.—3 placements

Not only that, but below is a list of the recruiters who made their first Network split placement this week:

  • Karen Hargett of Johnson Resource Group, Inc.
  • Tom Bower of J.D. Cotter Search, Inc.
  • John Huttner of Atlas Consulting Group, LLC

Of course, once a recruiter “breaks through” with their first Network split placement, making another one is even easier.  And that’s one of the many reasons why we’re looking forward to a great year in 2015 for Top Echelon and for Network recruiters!

Below are the split jobs that were filled recently:

  • Associate Director of Medical Affairs
  • Materials Manager
  • Production Manager, Food Processing
  • Plant Manager
  • Quality Control Metallurgical Engineer
  • Clinical Director/Neuro/Surgical ICU
  • Account Manager-Large Commercial Accounts
  • Electrical Engineer

Why are Top Echelon Network recruiters making more split placements this year than last year?

The answer is really quite simple: they’re providing each other with the BEST candidates.

Top Echelon Network recruiters have been gushing about the quality of the candidates that their Trading Partners have been providing them, especially when it’s the first candidate they present and their client hires that candidate (see below).

Last week, Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS published a blog post titled, “10 Questions Regarding Your Networking Philosophy in Top Echelon.”  One of those questions was, “Do you always network your best quality candidates and job orders?”

Clearly, the recruiters below DO network their best quality candidates, and that’s why they’re making split placements and generating more revenue for their firm.

When you post your best candidates and job orders to the Network, you make more placements, and you make them more quickly.  Now . . .who can argue with that?

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!
