The only thing nicer than leaves falling during the autumn season are placements and large recruiting fees falling while leaves are falling during the autumn season.

And we have some of those large recruiting fees in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

Specifically, we have the top five recruiting fees in Top Echelon Network during the month of October. Congratulations are in order for Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing and Eric Berg of JN Adams & Associates, Inc.

That’s because Amy and Eric claimed the top spot by placing a Director of Operations at 25% to earn a $48,750 fee. But as you can see below, that was just one of multiple large fees made in the Network during the month.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month of October!

The recruiters holding the top three spots in Top Echelon Network for the month of October look a lot like the top three recruiters holding those spots in September.

Probably because they are exactly those recruiters and in exactly the same order:

  • Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group
  • Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group
  • Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc.

With less than two months to go, Michael and Trey still have a chance to be the only Network recruiters to finish with $1 million of “cash-in” during the same calendar year. In fact, Michael, with $1.4 million at this point, might set the record for individual billings.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the month.
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career.

With this format, there are more than likely going to be ties among recruiters, especially with those members who have made split placements with each other.

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month of October!

With the holiday season almost upon us, there is plenty of reason to be excited about the rest of the year.

And we have another reason to be excited: the 19 recruiting agencies that became Top Echelon Network members during the month of October!

We’re excited because we want them to make split placements. In fact, we want them to make split placements with YOU!

With that in mind, I encourage you to look over the list of new member agencies below. And of course, reach out to any one of them (or more) if you believe that you can make splits together.

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard section of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to once again congratulate the agencies listed below and welcome them to the Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

(Note: If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your split recruiting membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is listed at the end of this blog post.)

It doesn’t matter if you’re a newer Network recruiter or an established member. If you want help making split placements with other Top Echelon Network members, then I encourage you to contact me.

There are 32 Top Echelon agencies celebrating a Network anniversary during the month of November, and two of them are celebrating 21 years as Network members!

Those two agencies are Technology Recruiting Solution and The Boland Group. Technology Recruiting Solution has made 36 TE split placements during that time, totaling nearly $268K in the process. The Boland Group, on the other hand, has accounted for 66 Network splits and $814K of cash-in revenue.

Congratulations to both of these agencies and their recruiters for their commitment, loyalty, and longevity!

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of November!

Thank you to all of these agencies and the many others that have joined Top Echelon Network over the years. We look forward to many more anniversaries and split placements in the future!

I have said this before, I am saying it now, and I am sure that at some point in the future, I will say it again.

Top Echelon Network members who regularly attend Virtual Core Group (VCG) meetings put themselves in a position to make more split placements.

That’s because we’ve been conducting these VCG meetings for quite a few years now, and the reason we keep offering them is because they work.

For those of you who don’t know, Top Echelon Network recruiters share the following information during Virtual Core Group teleconference call meetings:

  • Hot job orders and candidates
  • Information about the activity they’re seeing in the marketplace and/or in their niche
  • Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their agencies

As I mentioned above, these are the activities that lead most directly to making more split placements in our recruiting network.

So that is why I’m inviting—or in other words, strongly encouraging—you to attend one of this month’s Virtual Core Group meetings. Below is the complete VCG schedule for November, including the industries involved and the time that each meeting will be held. (Note: all times are Eastern.)

Wednesday, November 9:

  • 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. — Manufacturing/Engineering
  • 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. — Information Technology
  • 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. — Biotechnology/Pharmacology

Thursday, November 10:

  • 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. — Architectural/Engineering/Construction
  • 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. — Accounting & Finance

You can join the meeting to which you belong by accessing the information listed below.

Google Meeting link: https://meet.google.com/qba-qdic-kou

Below is the agenda for each Virtual Core Group meeting:

  1. Welcome
  2. Roll call of the members
  3. I will share the newest software updates for both Top Echelon Network and the Top Echelon recruiting software.
  4. Members will share their hot jobs with corresponding group discussion.
  5. I will direct a software and Network protocol Q&A session to close the call.

It is my goal that this agenda will help you take away more from the meeting than just hot jobs and/or candidates. Hopefully, it will help make you more knowledgeable in terms of the Top Echelon community.

If you’d like to join one of the groups listed above or if you’d like to start a new group, please contact me.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
