It’s time, once again, to recognize the recruiters who accounted for the largest split placement fees of the month in Top Echelon Network. And, once again, it was a close race!

That’s because Marty Stan of Samaritan Technical Professionals and Amir Asgari of Saba Talent claimed the top spot by virtue of just $750. Marty and Amir placed an ASIC Design Verification Engineer to generate a split fee of $42,000 at 20%.

Meanwhile, Cathy George, CPC of C.G. & Company and Brad Dodge of iLocatum placed a Project Manager to earn a fee of $41,250 at 25%—a difference of less than a thousand dollars!

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

In September, we had a new Top Echelon Network Recruiter of the Month in Sara Alexandroff of Sterling St. James, LLC.

Now we have another new Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon. That recruiter is Brad Dodge of iLocatum. Brad was part of 12 split placements during the month of October, generating nearly $100K for his agency in the process.

Sara, on the other hand, was second in the standings for October. (Brad, meanwhile, was third in September, when Sara claimed the top spot. Crazy, huh?)

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those Network members who have made split placements with each other.

The Largest Split Fee of the Month in October was $42K. We’ve already surpassed that total during the month of November!

That’s because, as you can see below, the largest split fee of the week in Top Echelon Network is $43K.

The recruiters responsible for that fee are Kerry Boehner of KOB Solutions, Inc. and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. Kerry and Steve placed a Hybridoma Leader to generate that fee at 20%.

We also have a recruiter who made their very first split placement in Top Echelon Network. That recruiter is Kiersten Pennington of Automationtechies. She placed an Electrical Controls Engineer with Jeff Katz of JSK Recruiting. Congratulations, Kiersten!

Summer is long gone, but the holiday season is quickly approaching, and that is reason enough for feelings of renewed hope, confidence, and excitement!

And so is the fact that there were more than 20 recruiting agencies that joined Top Echelon Network during the month of October!

Not only is this a sign of finishing the year strong, but it’s also a positive harbinger of good things to come next year. Because, believe it or not, 2024 is right around the corner. And the new year is ready to welcome us with open arms . . . well, with a glass of champagne, at the very least . . . we hope . . . right?

Regardless of the warmth (or the lack thereof) with which 2024 ultimately welcomes us, there could be some new trading partners for you amongst the brand-new Network members listed below. That’s why I suggest that you study the list and see who might be able to help you with your current (and future) search assignments.

Why is there a photo of doughnuts at the top of this blog post?
