Common sense would tell you that the largest split placement in the history of Top Echelon Network would also represent the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter in whatever quarter of whatever year in which it was finalized.

And that is exactly the case. The quarter in question was the third quarter of the current year, and the Top Echelon members in question were Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems and Trish Kuykendall of Source Financial Staffing.

The fee, as we’ve documented on multiple occasions, was $100,917.

However, as you can see below, that was not the only sizeable fee that Network recruiters earned during the third quarter of the year. In fact, we have nine more such fees, involving a myriad of different members.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network during the quarter!

What’s not surprising is that Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group won Recruiter of the Quarter honors for the third quarter in Top Echelon Network.

What is surprising? That it was a close race. Not only that, but the close race was not with Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group or Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. (Although both of those Top Producers finished in the top 10 for the quarter.)

No, Michael edged Brad Dodge of iLocatum for the top honors. Michael was part of 21 split placements during the quarter, while Brad accounted for 19 splits. In terms of cash-in, though, Michael had a more comfortable lead, besting Brad by nearly $45K.

However, what might be even more noteworthy is the fact that Brad recently reached a milestone in Top Echelon by making his 100th Network placement. Congratulations, Brad!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Quarter feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the quarter
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the quarter. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the quarter
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the quarter!

Although Top Echelon member Brad Dodge of iLocatum didn’t win Recruiter of the Quarter honors in the Network, getting edged by Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group, Brad is off to a great start in the fourth quarter.

That’s because he was part of three split placements to help lead the way in Top Echelon last week. Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. also accounted for three splits.

In addition, Bill Kubena of Kubena & Associates and Jim Folger of One Source Technical, Inc. made two split placements, both with each other.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the period from October 9, through October 15, 2023.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

In a previous blog post, we examined the type of content that would be best for attracting job seekers to a recruiter’s website. Now we’ll take a look at the company side of the equation.

As a general rule, job seekers are more prone to visit a recruiter’s site over and over than hiring managers are (simply because the job seekers are usually more motivated . . . to find a new job!) However, that doesn’t mean you can’t attract hiring managers and keep their attention.

Below are four types of company content for your recruiting firm’s website:

1. Management-related articles

Like the career-related articles, hiring authorities find these useful, especially if they contain timely subject matter and topics. Most likely, these people have heard all of the basics management techniques and tips.

So “Wow!” them with something intriguing and informative, and they’ll be back for more.

2. Industry-related articles

Once again, these aren’t as important, but they can still provide value and contribute to the “stickiness” of your site.

This might entail conducting research or hiring a part-time employee or freelancer to produce the content for you.

3. Hot job seekers

Just like job seekers can view hot jobs, hiring managers and company officials can view job seekers who are interested in making a move.

Of course, the contact information of these job seekers will be blinded. If a hiring manager finds somebody they like, they’ll have to contact you. (Score!)

4. Polls and/or surveys

Once again, a little interactivity wouldn’t hurt, and polls and surveys represents ways in which to achieve this.

Regardless of whether you have company content, job seeker content, or both, the most important thing to remember about content is that some aspect of it must change on a regular basis.

This doesn’t mean you have to continually re-write the information for your individual pages. It means that people visit websites more often if they know that there’s going to be fresh content provided on a timely and consistent basis.

And once again, we have good news! The good news is that because of our partnership with Recruiters Websites, you can receive a free audit and evaluation of your site and also receive a quote for services! Just click this link to request all three:
