There have been some huge fees in Top Echelon Network this year . . . and some of those fees occurred during the third quarter!

In fact, one of the biggest ones was made in Q3. That fee was shared by Network members Dean Moriki of MDLink and Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting.

The duo placed a Medical Director of Clinical Research. Their fee for placing that individual was $71,250!

However, that wasn’t the only sizeable TE fee in the third quarter. In fact, we multiple ties, which means there are 13 pairs of recruiters listed below instead of 10.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network during the third quarter of 2021!

Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. may have edged Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group for Recruiter of the Month honors, but Stuck had the last laugh in terms of the third quarter.

That’s because Michael Stuck is the Recruiter of the Quarter in Top Echelon Network! Michael made a total of 48 split placements during the quarter to generate a cash-in amount of $265,712.

But as you can see below, Steve and a number of other Network recruiters made quite a bit of money through Top Echelon in Q3.

Due to changes to this regular feature in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we now base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.

So congratulations to the recruiters listed below and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement during the third quarter of 2021!

Not only did Top Echelon Network recruiters reach double digits in split placements again last week, but the fee associated with one of those splits was $50K!

The recruiters in question were John Moskonas of The ARGroup of Search Companies and Brent Barth of bizjobz. Together, they placed a Vice President of Investments to earn that large payday.

In addition, eight of the remaining 14 splits listed below have fees of $20K or more. This proves once again that Network members are both making more placements and also earning bigger fees for those placements.

And that is the very definition of a win-win! (Well, actually it’s a win-win-win. Because Top Echelon gets money, too . . . you know, the brokerage fee and all.)

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the week of Monday, October 4, through Sunday, October 10.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the placements they made in Top Echelon Network!
