Recruiter of the Month honors once again came down to a race between three of the Top Producers in Top Echelon Network. In fact, they’re the three biggest Top Producers in TE. They include:

  • Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group
  • Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group
  • Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc.

Michael captured top honors for the month of September, edging out Trey and Steve in the process. He is currently on pace to repeat as Recruiter of the Year in Top Echelon Network. Although Trey is close behind and might have something to say about it!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the month.
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)

It seems like we were just talking about a $48K split placement between Top Echelon Network members Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc.

The reason? Because we were!

Last week, we referenced a placement train when discussing the split placements that Top Echelon Network recruiters made during the previous week.

This week, we’re going to reference a bakery. Why? Because everybody loves freshly baked bread, cookies, pies, and cakes!

Well, sort of . . . the actual reason is because Network recruiters made 13 splits last week. So they didn’t make a dozen. They made a baker’s dozen!

As part of that baker’s dozen, Kristy Staggs of Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. placed a Microbiologist Food Safety Manager to earn a split fee of $30K at 25%.

TE has eclipsed 20 new members in multiple months this year, and with a whole quarter left, there’s a good chance that we’ll be able to do so again.
