Okay, it’s not close to the total commanded by the largest split placement fee in the history of Top Echelon Network. On that we can all agree.

However, the Largest Split Fee of the Month for September is still a tidy sum: $58,750, to be exact. You would not kick that fee out of bed for eating crackers.

However, the fee total is just one aspect of the overall story. A second aspect is the fact that one of the recruiters involved with the placement was Ben Banik of Integritas Search. That, in and of itself, is not fascinating (sorry, Ben). But what IS fascintating is the fact this is Ben’s very first split placement as a member of Top Echelon Network. Congratulations, Ben!

And yes, congratulations to the other recruiter involved in the split, Rich Grunenwald of Advisory and Consulting Services, LLC. Unlike Ben, Rich is not a newer member of the Network, accounting for 21 splits during his Top Echelon tenure.

We have a new Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon Network!

While recently, Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group and Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group have vied for the top spot on a consistent basis, Sara Alexandroff of Sterling St. James, LLC earned that spot for the month of September.

Michael and Trey, meanwhile, still landed in the top five, with Michael finishing in second place and Trey securing the fifth spot. Rounding out the top five were Brad Doge of iLocatum and Nick Stoia, CPC of ASAP Search.

After dipping below double digits during the month of August, new membership in Top Echelon Network bounced back in September!

Not only did we venture into “double-digit territory” again, but a total of 14 recruiting agencies joined Top Echelon last month. As you can see below, these agencies specialize in a variety of industries and niches.

Usually, when somebody turns 50 years of age, you say that they’ve turned the “big 5-0.”

Well, we have 50—count ‘em, 50—recruiting agencies celebrating an anniversary in Top Echelon Network during the month of October. So please forgive us if we use the same vernacular. (Although it’s not really an “if” situation; we just used it in the headline of this blog post.)

Regardless, among those 50 agencies are six member firms that are celebrating an anniversary of 20 years or more. And no, 20 years ago wasn’t in the 1990s. It was 2003. So let’s all collectively contemplate our old age, while you also peruse the list of recruiting agencies below and congratulate them, silently or otherwise, for their accomplishment of longevity and loyalty in equal measure.
