Ah, the fall season (or autumn, if you prefer). Crisp weather, hot soup, pumpkin spice [insert your chosen food or beverage here] . . . what better way to enjoy the season?

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

I’ll tell you what better way: making placements, that’s what. Making placements is the best way to enjoy the fall season, and there are recruiters in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog who are doing just that.

Those recruiters include Anjela Mangrum of Mangrum Career Solutions, LLC and Victor Lopez of Resource One International. Anjela and Victor recently placed an Account Executive – Industrial Technology Solutions to earn a fee of $37,500 at 25%.

And that just so happens to represent the largest split fee of the week in TE Network . . . so now let’s drink/eat some pumpkin spice stuff to celebrate!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our split placements:

  • Names of the trading partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE Network’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in TE Network for the period from September 28 through October 4, 2026.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your split placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Once again, congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in TE Network!

If you’re a newer TE Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

As you may already know, Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC and Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing were the top two recruiters in TE Network during the month of September.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

That’s because not only did they make multiple placements in the Network during the month, but they also made placements with large recruiting fees. In fact, as you can see below, Maria and Amy are both represented on the list of the biggest split fees in TE Network for September.

Maria was part of two of the biggest split fees during the month, while Amy was part of the Largest Split Fee of the Month for the second month in a row. Amy placed a Director of Sales – Walmart and Sam’s Club with Mack Moore of Redline Recruits to earn a $55,000 fee at 25%.

So while the economy and job market may be tough right now, there are still placement opportunities for members of TE Network. So do what you can to maximize your membership . . . and let’s make some splits!

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC and Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing are powerhouses as members of TE Network.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

First of all, they’re both members of the Top Echelon Hall of Fame. Second, they’ve both been very productive during their time in the Network. How productive? They’ve combined to make exactly 400 split placements in TE Network for a cash-in total of more than $4 million.

And most recently, they led the way in terms of production in TE Network during the month of September!

As you can see below, Maria won Recruiter of the Month honors, followed by Amy in second place. Between the two of them, they generated more than $100,000 through TE Network in September, which is a huge return on the investment they’ve made in the Network.

And the best part? Maria and Amy are far from done. They have many more placements to make and many more awards to win.

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Once again, congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

The strength of TE Network comes from the recruiters and agencies that participate in it. Each agency that joins brings its own experience, areas of expertise, client relationships, candidate connections, and perspective to the recruiting community.

Top Echelon Network Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti, CERS

Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS

During September, 11 recruiting agencies joined TE Network, adding even more opportunities for members to connect and collaborate. As these new agencies begin building relationships within the Network, they can contribute job orders, candidates, market knowledge, and recruiting resources that may help other members make placements they otherwise might not have been able to make.

Of course, those opportunities often begin with something simple: a conversation. Getting to know another recruiter can uncover common interests, complementary recruiting specialties, or ways to help each other serve clients and candidates. Over time, those initial conversations can develop into productive trading partner relationships and successful split placements.

We invite current members to reach out and welcome the 11 agencies that joined TE Network in September. Introduce yourself, learn more about the markets they serve, and find out where there might be opportunities to work together.

TE Network is designed to help agency recruiters expand what they can accomplish by connecting them with other recruiting professionals who have resources, relationships, and expertise they can share. The more members engage with one another, the greater the potential for new opportunities, additional placements, and increased revenue.

You can view applicants and recently approved members at any time in the Network Dashboard section within the software.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to congratulate the recruiting agencies listed below and publicly welcome them to TE Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

(Note: If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is listed at the end of this blog post.)

Longevity is admirable, both as a member of TE Network and also in the recruiting profession overall. And this month, there are plenty of recruiting firms to admire as we recognize those agencies that are celebrating a Network anniversary in October.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

In fact, we have four recruiting agencies that are celebrating an anniversary of longer than 20 years. Leading the way is Gundrum & Associates, Inc. in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. That agency has now been a member of TE Network for 33 years, which is an impressive feat.

After all, Top Echelon itself is only 38 years old.

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of October!
