If there’s one recruiter who has been a model of consistency in Top Echelon Network during the past 14 years, that recruiter is Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc.

Sean has been among the Top Producers in the Network ever since he joined.  His commitment to networking and the highest levels of integrity and quality have resulted in nearly 200 split placements since he became a Preferred Member on October 18, 2000.  (Heck, he might have made his 200th split in the time it took me to write this blog post.)

That means in nearly 14 years of Network Membership, Sean has averaged over 14 placements per year.  He has won the Recruiter of the Year Award numerous times, he’s a fixture in the Network’s Top 10 year in and year out, and he attends nearly every Fall Conference and National Convention.

See what I mean by a model of consistency?

And this week, Sean has three split placements listed in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.  So far this year, he’s made 14 Network placements, already reaching his career average in Top Echelon.  (Even his consistency has consistency.)

So congratulations to Sean Napoles and everybody else who strives for—and achieves—consistency and excellence in Top Echelon Network.

I’m in Chicago right now for the 2014 Top Echelon Network Fall Conference!

But I (almost) never stop thinking about networking, and that’s why I want to present the Network’s Virtual Core Group schedule for October.

So, without further adieu . . .

Top Echelon Network recruiters share the following during Virtual Core Group meetings (among other things):

  • Hot job orders and candidates
  • Information about the activity they’re seeing
  • Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their firms

These are the activities that lead most directly to making more placements in this Network, and placements HAVE been made as a direct result of these teleconference call meetings.

If you’re a new Preferred Member recruiter in Top Echelon, I strongly encourage you to join one of these existing recruiting Core Groups.  Not only that, but you could also start a new one.

Below is the full Virtual Core Group teleconference call schedule for the month of October (all times listed are Eastern Standard Time):

At Top Echelon, we like to enjoy success in as many different ways as we can—and that includes in different languages!

Take, for instance, this week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”  Patrick Staudacher, CPC of Talsco, Inc., who recently made his seventh Top Echelon Network split placement with Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc., used the Finnish language to express his sentiments:

“Kippis!”

But that’s not all we have this week!  We also have the second Top Echelon Network split placement between two of our most successful recruiters—Deb North of Deb North Consulting, LLC and Bob Small of Carroll Technology Services, Inc.

How many Network split placements have the recruiters in this feature made overall in Top Echelon Network?  Two hundred and ninety-five . . . or 295!

But there’s always room for just one more!

If you have questions about how YOU can enjoy more success in Top Echelon, call Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS at 330.455.1433, x156.

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

Whoops!  I mean “Kippis!”

“Bob and I have a good thing going.  That ‘other’ True North ‘outfit’ in Ohio tries to steal him away from me, but he’s ALL MINE.  In all seriousness, Bob is the consummate professional and a credible recruiter.  He is very thorough and definitely jumps in to do his part.”
