We’ve been heavily promoting the 2019 Top Echelon Fall Conference during the past couple of weeks. Although Early Bird Registration has ended, we’re going to continue promoting the conference during the next several weeks.

However, I know that you’re busy on your recruiting desks, so I will be brief. In my quest for brevity, below are five quick facts about the upcoming 2019 Fall Conference:

#1—The dates of the Fall Conference are Monday, October 21, through Wednesday, October 23.

Like the National Convention, we’ve used multiple formats for the Fall Conference in terms of which days of the week we hold it. These formats have their pros and cons, but attendance levels have been pretty much the same for all of them.

#2—The location is the Sheraton O’Hare Suites in Chicago.

This hotel has been the location of the Fall Conference for the vast majority of years that we’ve held the event, and there are many good reasons. It’s close to the airport, it’s designed well for our purposes, and the hotel staff and management have always been accommodating.

#3—Regular Registration for the Fall Conference is currently available.

As usual, we’re allowing Network members to register as early as we can because we want to give them as much control as possible in regards to their schedule and preparation for the event.

As mentioned above, Early Bird Registration is now over. However, the Regular Registration period is in full swing.

#4—The cost of Regular Registration is $295 per person.

The cost of attending the Fall Conference, much like the cost of attending the National Convention, has remained virtually the same during the past 10 to 15 years.

We’re not worried about inflation. We just want you to attend so you can experience the value that these events offer.

#5—Aaron Eastlack of the Haley Marketing Group will be the main speaker.

Yes, Todd Bossler will be there to discuss the Big Biller and Network software. However, members have told us down through the years that marketing is one of the biggest challenges on their recruiting desks and within their agencies.

Aaron Eastlack will be on hand to provide great content and direction for those in attendance, including in terms of their agency’s recruiting websites. (Because, once again, Top Echelon no longer offers website services.)

As always, we’re anticipating healthy attendance at the Top Echelon Fall Conference . . . but it won’t be the same without YOU.

Your membership activity in Top Echelon’s recruiting network directly impacts how much success you can enjoy in our network.

That activity includes finding quality split recruiting partners and forming relationships with them.

As the Director of Network Operations at Top Echelon, it’s my job to help Network members connect with one another as quickly and as effectively as possible.

Doing what you need to do and what you should do in Top Echelon Network can result in BIG recruiting fees. After all, Participation is one of The Four Pillars of the Network.

The more you participate, the more you earn. And we can all probably agree that you want to earn more.

Take, for instance, Top Echelon’s Largest Split Fee of the Month for August. It involved a recent Recruiter of the Week, Darrin Skinner, and it totaled $66,000.

But there’s more to the story. The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as “Alerts.” Using the Top Echelon Alerts system helped two Network recruiters split a fee that might end up being the Network’s largest split fee for the entire year.

This is far from the first time this has happened. In fact, a new member made a $40K split with TE Alerts earlier this year.

Please note that Job Alerts are currently available with the new version of the Network software. Candidate Alerts are NOT available at this time due to the recent transition to the Network Candidates tool.

The position for this split placement was a Chief Financial Officer. Darrin was the job order recruiter and Anjela was the candidate recruiter.

The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as “Alerts.”

The fee for this split placement was $66,000.

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

We have a Recruiter of the Month for August in Top Echelon Network. That recruiter is Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group.

However, we also have a Recruiter of the Week. That recruiter is Juanita Smith of the Executive Group.

As you can see below, Juanita was one of the top five recruiters in Top Echelon Network for the month of August. Specifically, she was ranked #3 on the list, making two split placements during the month totaling over $27K in fees.

Juanita and the Executive Group joined Top Echelon’s recruiting network in January of 2016. Since that time, Juanita has made six splits in the Network. Specifically, she made three splits in 2018 and she’s already made three this year.

Juanita has made her Network placements with four different trading partners. In addition, she’s made three of her six splits with Mike Pettit of Channel Personnel Services, Inc.

According to Juanita, her membership in Top Echelon Network has helped her to increase her production.

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its split recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of TE placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total is ultimately deemed the winner.

At Top Echelon, we’ve been averaging well into the double digits every month this year in terms of Network membership. And once again, there were more than 10 recruiting agencies that joined the Network during the month of August.

In fact, 16 agencies joined Top Echelon’s recruiting network during August!

As I’ve mentioned before, we run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Members’ Area of the Top Echelon website. We list the names of new members in the Members’ Area, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the name of the agency, the date that it joined, the geographic location of the agency, the agency’s specialties, and the members of the agency. These agencies work in a variety of industries and niches.

So I’d like to take this moment to congratulate the agencies and the recruiters listed below. I also welcome them to the membership and look forward to helping them make splits in the Network!
