Welcome to the next installment of the “Top Echelon Recruiter Spotlight”!

Once again, this feature includes a recruiter who has made their first split placement in Top Echelon Network!  However, that person is the one singing the praises of the recruiter who’s in the “Spotlight” this week.

In that “Spotlight” is Jim Folger, CPC of ONESource Technical, Inc.  Praising Folger for his work during a recent split placement is Pam Petitpren of The PRA Group, Inc.

Folger, a fixture at Top Echelon Network conferences and conventions, has made 15 placements in the Network.  Pam and her husband, Jim Petitpren, are also fixtures at Top Echelon Network events.  (Jim Petitpren has made 10 placements since the firm joined the Network in 2012.)

This placement perfectly illustrates the “teamwork mentality” that leads to success in Top Echelon Network.  Pam Petitpren and Jim Folger tackled the search as a team, which ultimately resulted in placing the right candidate and splitting a placement fee.
