We’re continuously updating both the Top Echelon recruiting software and our split placement network software.

So we’re pleased to announce the following software updates!

1. [PRO] AI People Search

Search now offers AI-powered semantic matching across keyword and position title fields to better understand the meaning behind your search. This will help surface the most relevant candidates faster, even when your search terms differ from how skills or roles are described on their record

2. [PRO – BETA] Natural Language Search

People Search will soon allow you to describe what you’re looking for in plain language using a single text field, powered by AI. This helps you find the right candidates faster without needing to build complex searches upfront. (Interested in beta testing Natural Language Search? Email us at beta@topechelon.com for early access.)

3. Browser Extension UI Update

We’ve updated the TE Recruit Browser Extension to align with our latest design styles, improving readability and overall usability. The extension now also supports Dark Mode and theme preferences, allowing your TE Recruit settings to carry over for a more cohesive and comfortable experience across products, while giving you greater control over how you work best.

4. [PRO] New Tag API Endpoints

We’ve expanded our API to include new Tag-related endpoints, allowing you to create new TE Recruit Tags and retrieve a list of your existing ones. Our API documentation has also been updated to reflect these additions, making it easier to integrate TE Recruit with third-party systems and build workflows that better fit your business needs.

5. [PRO] New Candidate Disqualification API Endpoint

How did Amy Chapman earn Recruiter of the Month honors in TE Network for the month of June?

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

Well, one way she did so was being part of three of the top five biggest recruiting fees in TE Network for the month of June!

The Largest Split Fee of the Month was a split between Amy and Irina Kirnos of Executive Placement Network. Amy and Irina placed a Regional Manufacturing Director to earn a fee of $65K at 25%.

The other two fees are nothing to sneeze at, either. Amy split both $60K and $59K in June with Lisa Vella Puff of L.V. Enterprises, placing a Director of Operations and O&M Manager, respectively.

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

Recruiter Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing has been “on fire” in TE Network since the beginning of 2026. (And once again, that’s in a figurative sense and not a literal one.)

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

Amy has been making many split placements and most of those placements have commanded large recruiting fees. All of these placements and all of this money have now helped Amy win the Recruiter of the Month Award in TE Network for June!

Amy was part of five Network split placements during the month, and those five splits brought her a cash-in total of nearly $116K. (With some quick math, we can deduce that her share of those splits was an average of $23,200. Not bad for a month’s work.)

Perennial champion Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting finished in second place in June. Brad accounted for 11 split placements, but came up just short in the cash-in category with a little more than $98K. We’ll see if Brad can regain the top spot in July.

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Once again, congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

As TE Network continues to grow, every new member agency expands the expertise, industry connections, and recruiting capabilities available across the Network. The value of membership comes from the collective knowledge and relationships that agencies bring, creating more opportunities for collaboration and successful split placements throughout the community.

Top Echelon Network Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti, CERS

Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS

We’re excited to recognize the agencies that joined TE Network during the month of June and look forward to seeing them build strong, lasting trading partner relationships. Their addition strengthens the Network while opening new doors for both our newest members and our established agencies.

As you review this month’s new members, remember that your next successful split placement could begin with one of these agencies. That’s what makes a collaborative recruiting network so valuable: when members connect, share opportunities, and work together, everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

As always, you can view both applicants and newly approved members in the Network Dashboard section within the software.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to congratulate the recruiting agencies listed below and publicly welcome them to TE Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

(Note: If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is listed at the end of this blog post.)

The United States of America just celebrated its 250th birthday . . . and there are recruiting agencies celebrating some big anniversaries in TE Network during the month of July!

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

In fact, there are two agencies celebrating anniversaries of more than 30 years. Those two are H.T. PROF Executive Search in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Affinity Executive Search, Inc. in Hollywood, Florida.

We also have two other agencies commemorating an anniversary of 20 years or more. Those agencies are Gallin Associates in New Port Richey, Florida and True North Consultants, Inc. in North Olmsted, Ohio.

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of July!
