At Top Echelon, we strive to communicate more information to Network members about the many upgrades and improvements being made to the Network software.

There are two simple reasons for this:

  1. We are continually working on the software. However, if we don’t communicate what we’re doing, then Network members like yourself may think that we’re not doing anything. That is certainly not the case.
  2. If you’re fully aware of the upgrades and improvements that we’re making to the Network software, then you can better plan how you’ll utilize your split network membership. Planning is one half of success. Execution is the other.

With this is mind, we’re excited to announce that we have a new software release scheduled for Monday, June 1, that brings Network Placements into the new version of the software.

To prepare everybody for the release of this new feature, we’re conducting a special release webinar on June 1 at 1 p.m., EDT.

Below is the official description of this webinar, titled “Presenting New Network Placements in the TE Software!”

The time has come! Network Placements will soon be part of the new version of the Top Echelon Network software. Do you know what that means? Yes, it means that you’ll no longer need to navigate to the legacy version to view Placement details or complete Placement forms!

Top Echelon Training Specialist J.D. Fye will help guide you through this update to the software in a special release webinar scheduled for Monday, June 1, at 1 p.m., EDT. During this webinar session, J.D. will show you:

  • How to report a Network Placement
  • How to view your Agency’s Placement Forms
  • How to view Placements for other Network members
  • How to report a Network Falloff

So stop living in the past. Embrace the future, which is really the present, and join J.D. on June 1 for “Presenting New Network Placements in the TE Software!”

We at Top Echelon have worked diligently to meet the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, both for ourselves and for our customers.

That’s why we’ve increased the frequency of our free webinar training sessions.

And also introduced our Virtual Business Development Discussions.

However, I’m pleased to announce that we’re doing even more for our customers, specifically the members of our split network. That’s because I will now be conducting “Top Echelon Network Q&A” sessions every Monday at 3:30 p.m., Eastern Time.

During these sessions, I will answer any questions you have about Network membership, including best practices, the Policies, the Golden Rules, and any and everything else associated with membership. In short, I will be answering questions that will hopefully help you make more split placements!

We will be using the Google Meetings platform for these sessions. Click HERE to join this meeting at the appointed time every Monday.

Since today is Wednesday, a quick look at the calendar reveals that the first session in this special series is scheduled for Monday, June 1.

I wish you, your family, and your business all the best during this time. And I certainly hope that you will join me next Monday for our inaugural “Top Echelon Network Q&A” session.

If you have any questions about this session, about the Virtual Core Groups, the Virtual Business Development Discussions, or about any other aspect of your split recruiting membership in TE, please contact me.

You can do so by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

There have been quite a few changes to Top Echelon Network’s Virtual Core Group (VCG) meetings lately.

First, I announced that we have a new format for these meetings in the Network.

Then, I announced a new set of dates for the meetings during the month of May. And now, I’m announcing that there has been a schedule change for the VCG meetings going forward.

Whereas before, these meetings were held during the first week of the month, I will now conduct them during the second week of each month. In other words, the change that we made for May will now be permanent. Specifically, the meetings will fall on the second Wednesday and second Thursday of the month.

The meetings for next month are scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, and Thursday, June 11. With that in mind, below is the complete VCG schedule for June, including the industries involved and the time that each meeting will be held. (Note: all times are Eastern Time.)

Wednesday, June 10:

  • 1:30 p.m., ET — Manufacturing/Engineering
  • 2:30 p.m., ET — Accounting & Finance
  • 3:30 p.m., ET — Biotechnology/Pharmacology

Thursday, June 11:

  • 1:30 p.m., ET — Information Technology
  • 2:30 p.m., ET — Food & Beverage

In addition, you can join the meeting to which you belong by accessing the information listed below.

For those of you who don’t know, Top Echelon Network recruiters share the following information during Virtual Core Group teleconference call meetings:

  • Hot job orders and candidates
  • Information about the activity they’re seeing in the marketplace and/or in their niche
  • Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their agencies

These are the activities that lead most directly to making more split placements in our recruiting network. These teleconference calls DO result in placements. If they didn’t, then we wouldn’t keep offering them.

Below is the agenda for each Virtual Core Group meeting:

  1. Welcome
  2. Roll call of the members on the call
  3. I will share with you the newest software updates to both the Network and the Big Biller recruiting software.
  4. Members will share their hot jobs with corresponding group discussion.
  5. I will direct a software and Network protocol Q&A session to close the call.

Ideally, this will allow you to take away more from the meeting than just hot jobs. Hopefully, it will help make you more knowledgeable in terms of the Top Echelon community.

It’s been proven time and time again that when Network recruiters share this kind of information and they share it on a consistent basis, they make more split placements together.

If you’d like to join one of the groups listed above or if you’d like to start a new group, please contact me.

You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
