This is one of our favorite Pinnacle Newsletter Blog articles to both write and publish . . . and that’s because it’s all about big recruiting fees!

Specifically, the largest split fees of the month in TE Network. And as you can see below, the Largest Split Fee of the Month in the Network during April was $63,250.

The recruiters who accounted for that split placement were Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. Amy and Steve placed a Senior Director of Operations to earn their $63,250 fee at 25%.

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

Spring is here (and summer is almost here) and hope springs eternal and nothing brings hope quite like a lot of placements.

And the recruiters listed below made a lot of placements in TE Network during the month of May. So it should come as no surprise that they’re the Recruiters of the Month in the Network.

In fact, Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting took home the top honors once again. He was part of five split placements during the month, which resulted in nearly $50K in cash-in for April.

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard section of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new TE Network members, as well.
