There was a lot of competition for the Largest Split Fee of the Month for April, as four pair of Top Echelon Network recruiters earned placement fees of $40K or more.

In the end, though, congratulations are in order for Carol McBride of RCC Group, LLC and Phil Hurd of Oculus Search Partners, LLC. Carol and Phil placed a VP of Accounting to generate a fee of $50K at 25%.

The good times continue to roll in Top Echelon, as Network recruiters again came close to scoring 20 finalized split placements last week.

Network Preferred Members made 17 splits, with many of them generating generous fees. In fact, one of them generated a fee of $43,750!

Joe Pelayo of Joseph Michaels International and Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group were responsible for that fee, placing a Payroll Manager at 25%.

Congratulations to Joe and Trey for earning the largest split fee of the week in Top Echelon! (It’s not an official award, so I can’t really capitalize it. My apologies.)

The battle between recruiters Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group and Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group for Top Echelon supremacy rages on. That’s because, as you can see below, both were at the top of the heap for April in the Network.

While it remains to be seen who will emerge victorious at the end of the year, the race will be interesting to witness, at the very least.

Who says 13 is an unlucky number?

Not us, especially since 13 recruiting agencies joined the ranks of Top Echelon Network during the month of April!

As is the case every month, our new Network firms work in a variety of industries and niches, and they’re all ready to make split placements and generate more revenue! These industries include Manufacturing, Construction, Architecture, Consumer Goods, and Accounting, among many others.
