Recruiters in Top Echelon are earning BIG fees as part of their Network membership. However, it’s one thing to simply make that claim; it’s another thing to back it up with numbers.

And we have plenty of numbers in terms of the Largest Split Fee of the Month for April!

It’s not often that we have a split fee of more than $70K in the Network during a given month. So if that happened, it would be big news.

But what if there were not one, but two fees of more than $70K in the same month? Well, that would be even bigger news, and that’s exactly what happened in Top Echelon Network during the month of April.

In fact, there was a $77,500 fee AND a $75,000 fee. The former, of course, won the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award in the Network, and the members associated with that placement were Katie Roth of the RC Search Group and Justin Bidwell of Bidwell & Associates, LLC (see below). Meanwhile, the TE members associated with the $75K fee were Dean Moriki of MD Link and Abby Kohut of Staffing Symphony, LLC.

So are you ready for the really crazy part of this story?

These placements represented the first-ever placement in Top Echelon Network for Katie, Dean, and Abby!

What a way to start your Top Echelon membership, with what is sure to be one of the top 10 split fees in the Network for the entire year. That’s what you call “making a splash” in the Network. However, there were other big split fees in the Network during the month of April, as you can see below.

We’re pleased to present the top recruiters in Top Echelon Network for the month of April!

While you will see some of the “usual suspects” among last month’s top producers, you will also see some relatively new faces. This is yet more evidence of the value that the Network provides to professional recruiters and executive search consultants.

Last year, we made a couple of changes to this regular feature in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. Those changes are as follows:

  1. We now list the top 10 recruiters for the month, instead of just the top five.
  2. We now base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.

With this format, there are more likely to be ties among recruiters, especially with those members who have made split placements with each other.

Well, we didn’t break our own record with four straight months with at least 20 new Network agencies in Top Echelon, but we did hit double digits again in April.

Specifically, a total of 13 lucky recruiting agencies joined the Network during the month!

Despite the fact that we did not set another record, April was yet another healthy month for Top Echelon in terms of Network membership. Professional recruiters and executive search consultants continue to see the value of the Network, and that’s why a considerable number of agencies join Top Echelon on a monthly basis.

As you might already know, we run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency
