It’s a big, mega-mammoth month for anniversaries in Top Echelon Network! (Be thankful I didn’t use “mega-mammoth month” in the headline of this blog post.)

Why do I say this? Well, for starters, we have six recruiting agencies that are celebrating an anniversary of six years or longer in the Network. While we typically have two or three agencies with anniversaries of that length each month, we almost never have this many.

Anniversary = commitment and longevity

This is a testament to both the commitment of the agencies involved to Top Echelon Network, but also to their longevity within the profession. Recruiting is not easy. It’s a roller coaster ride each and every year, including during the good times. These firms are to be commended for excelling within the search profession for such a long period of time.

The recruiting agencies below have made a TON of placements in Top Echelon Network down through the years. They believe in the value that split placements offer, and they’ve made splits a permanent part of the business models.

We could write a separate blog post about each and every one of them (and we HAVE written articles about some of them down through the years). They are all deserving of our congratulations and our accolades. They are what the Network is all about, and we’re certainly glad that they decided to stick with us—through thick and thin—during these many years.

Congratulations to everybody celebrating an anniversary this month in Top Echelon Network!

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group is winning so many awards and reaching so many goals because of the sheer volume of TE placements that he’s making that we need to combine some of them into one blog post.

This week in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we ARE combining two of his most recent accomplishments. Those two are as follows:

  1. 400 TE placements
  2. Recruiter of the Month for March

As you might imagine, Trey is the Recruiter of the Month during most months. But reaching 400 TE placements? That’s a rare achievement. That’s because nobody else in the history of Top Echelon Network has reached that plateau.

400 . . . to 500 TE placements?

Not only that, but as you read this blog post, know that Trey is well past the 400-mark. In fact, as of right now, his placement total in the Network stands at 436. That means . . . yes, Trey Cameron will more than likely reach 500 TE placements before the end of 2016.

Trey is already the first Network recruiter to bill $3 million through the Network during his Top Echelon career. And as you might have already guessed, he’s well on his way to $4 million. So yeah—we’ll be combining more blog posts to accommodate his accomplishments.

Below are the top five recruiters in Top Echelon Network for the month of March:

If YOU are looking to receive a more substantial return on your investment in Top Echelon Network membership, contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS at 330.455.1433, x156.

Every Network recruiter uses Top Echelon Network differently. In other words, every member uses the Network’s resources to varying degrees to make split placements, while the rest of their recruiting business involves full-fee placements.

However, what’s “the norm,” so to speak? Exactly how much do recruiters who are Preferred Members of Top Echelon Network use Top Echelon Network?

We recently conducted a survey of Network recruiters, and that survey was based upon the following question:

How much of your recruiting business does Top Echelon Network comprise?

Results:

The choice of answers that were provided is listed below, along with the percentage of recruiters who selected each answer:

  • 20% or less — 58.9%
  • Between 20% and 40% — 11.6%
  • Between 40% and 60% — 16.8%
  • Between 60% and 80% — 6.3%
  • More than 80% — 6.3%

Summary:

The majority of poll respondents (58.9%) indicated that Top Echelon Network comprises less than 20% of their business, while 11.6% of recruiters chose “between 20% and 40%” as their answer. The next popular answer as “between 40% and 60%” at 16.8% of the vote, followed by “between 20% and 40%” at 11.6%.

The other end of the spectrum received the least amount of votes. Both “between 60% and 80%” and “more than 80%” each accounted for 6.3% of the responses submitted by poll participants.

Analysis and Conclusion:

Clearly, Top Echelon is but one part of Network recruiters’ business model, but that part represents placements they probably would not have made on their own, illustrating the value that the Network provides. While it’s true that the Network does not comprise the majority of a firm’s business model in most cases, that is not necessarily a bad thing.

After all, recruiters typically pursue a full-fee placement first. However, it’s when they have difficulty finding a suitable candidate or have a lack of job orders to work that they look to the Network for help. And that’s exactly how the Network was designed to help.
