As challenging as the recruiting profession currently is, who wouldn’t want to earn a $53,400 fee . . . even if you had to split it with another recruiter? (What’s that? Oh, yes. I almost forgot about Top Echelon’s brokerage fee.)

And then, consider the fact that the recruiters involved would not have made the placement without each other’s help. Half a loaf is truly better than no loaf at all . . . and you can buy a lot of loaves of bread for $25,098.

On the bright side, though, the money earned through split placements in the Network IS real. So we have that going for us, and so do the top five recruiters in Top Echelon for the month of February!

As you can see, we have a new Recruiter of the Month. That would be Maggie Wolgamot of Ridgeback Management Services, LLC. Maggie made two splits that generated nearly $40K in revenue that she would not have made it not for her Top Echelon Network membership.

Ridgeback Management Services paid $135 in membership dues for the month of February, and Maggie and the agency earned a $40K return on that monetary investment. Not too shabby! (Who uses the word “shabby” anymore? We do, that’s who.)

Believe it or not, we’re almost halfway through the last month of the first quarter of the year!

Where is 2024 going? Well . . . probably the same place that 2023 went.

But let’s not dwell in the past. Instead, let’s live in the NOW! And the now includes this week’s split placements in Top Echelon Network.

Why are we congratulating Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems? Because he’s the last Charter Member of Top Echelon Network, that’s why!
