It’s not often that a pair of recruiters in Top Echelon Network split a $49,000 fee and they do NOT win the Largest Split Placement Fee of the Month award.

But it happened in February!

That’s because David Evans of Perfect Fit Placement and Ann Boland of The Boland Group placed a Program Vice President and earned a $49,000 fee for their efforts. However, Juanita Smith of the Executive Group and Nick Hope of Hope and Associates placed a (Refining) Operations Manager and they earned a $60,000 fee!

And that was more than enough to earn the Highest Split Placement Fee of the Month award!

We’re pleased to present the top recruiters in Top Echelon Network for the month of February!

Last year, we made a couple of changes to this regular feature in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. Those changes are as follows:

  1. We now list the top 10 recruiters for the month, instead of just the top five.
  2. We now base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.

With this format, there are more likely to be ties among recruiters, especially with those members who have made split placements with each other.

We started 2021 with a flourish in regards to membership in Top Echelon Network. That’s because a total of 23 agencies became Network members in January.

While that was quite a standard to meet, we almost did it again in February!

That’s right, 22 recruiting agencies joined the Network last month, and we are both proud and pleased to publish their names (and other pertinent information) in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

As you might already know, we run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates

Why is Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems headlining our March anniversaries? For the simple reason that Steve has been with Top Echelon Network since the very beginning!

That’s right, Steve was one of the original Charter Members way back in 1988 when the Network was known as Nationwide Interchange System. This means that not only are we celebrating our 33rd birthday this week, but Steve is celebrating his 33rd year with the Network.

There are also three agencies that are celebrating anniversaries of 20 years or more.

Those agencies are Kersey & Associates (29 years), Lordan Associates (29 years), the Easley Search Group (21 years), and J.D. Cotter Search, Inc. (20 years).

As you can see below, there are 38 agencies overall celebrating a Network anniversary during the month of February. Top Echelon now recognizes any and ALL Network agencies celebrating an anniversary during a given month.

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.
