One of the great things about being part of Top Echelon Network is that Preferred Member recruiters are making split placements in just about every way possible.

Some of those ways are illustrated in this week’s installments of “‘Comments’ and Compliments.”  Some are not, but let’s run down (a partial) list, anyway, shall we?

  • Through Members’ Hiring Hook websites
  • Posting jobs to the Split Candidate Database
  • Posting jobs to the Split Jobs Database
  • Using the all-new MEGA Database sharing system
  • Directly sharing candidates and/or job orders via email or through the “Splitsville” software
  • Sharing candidates and/or job orders in the Discussion Forum

And there are even more ways than these.  This is just a sampling of the ways in which Top Echelon Network recruiters are making split placements.

And we want YOU to make split placements, too.  And if you’re already making them, we want you to make more of them!  Don’t argue with us!

For the past few years, we at Top Echelon Network have compiled a rather impressive library of training videos for Preferred Member recruiters.
