Top Echelon Network recruiters wrapped up a very busy and productive month in January. Specifically, they continued to churn out split placements in a tight market for hiring where job orders are flowing like milk and honey. Not literally, of course . . . but you get the idea.

Anyway, not only did Network members account for 26 splits during the past two weeks, but one of those splits also commanded a $60K fee. (Because when the fee is that large, IT does the commanding.)

Making that split placement was Larry Basilone of Basilone Executive Search and James R. Gettys of International Staffing Consultants, Inc. Larry and James placed a Tax Director-Partner at a flat percentage to score their high fee.

Perhaps no recruiter has enjoyed as much success in Top Echelon Network as quickly as Michael Agen of New Solutions Group.

Michael, who was Recruiter of the Week in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog in April of 2019, joined the Network in October of 2016. Despite only being a Network member for a little over five years, Michael recently made his 100th split in Top Echelon!

In 2021, Michael finished just outside the Top 10 Producers in the Network for the calendar year, billing a career high through TE. So far during his Network tenure, he has billed more than $650K.

Michael is an executive recruiter with more than 35 years of Healthcare sales and operations management experience. He has put that experience to work building a successful recruiting career. The more Network referrals, the better!

After all, Network referrals are like potato chips. Why stop at just one? The information below explains why you should NOT stop at just one:

  • There’s no limit to the number of referrals that you can submit. For instance, let’s say you submit 12 referrals that become members. Then essentially your agency’s membership dues for one year will be paid . . . and then some!
  • If you’re the main contact for your agency, then we will credit your agency’s account $150. On the other hand, if you’re NOT the main contact for your agency, then we will credit the account of the Network agency for which you work $150.
  • If your agency’s membership dues are covered for one month (or more) because of referral credit bonuses, this does not include the brokerage fee. If you refer somebody and you make a split placement during the same month that we credit your agency’s account $150, your agency still owes a brokerage fee for that split. (You can’t avoid paying the brokerage fee. Ever. Sorry/not sorry.)
  • The referral credit bonus for Top Echelon’s ATS and recruiting software package is also $150.
