At Top Echelon Network, we recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.

In the case of  Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group, it’s not only another award, but it’s also another record.

The number of split placements Trey made during the fourth quarter of last year represents the most placements made by a recruiter in a single quarter in Top Echelon Network history.  (As you might imagine, he also set the record for the most placements made during a calendar year in 2014.)

As far as the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter is concerned, John Moskonas of The ARGroup of Search Companies and Larry Barlow of Tax Advantage Personnel, Inc. are certainly no strangers to large fees.  In fact, the fee they earned for this particular placement puts them in serious contention for the Largest Split Fee of the Year Award.

For more information about the recruiting awards listed below, login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the Network recruiters who won them.

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.

There are a LOT of happy Trading Partners in Top Echelon Network right now, and that’s because these recruiters are sharing grade-A candidates with each other.  Those grade-A candidates are getting placed, and those Trading Partners are splitting placement fees.

That would make ME happy.

Yes, we broach this subject every week, but recruiters contact us every week with praise for their Trading Partners regarding their ability to provide them with the perfect candidate.  We’re not talking about just one or two recruiters . . . we’re talking about multiple recruiters.

It’s ALL about the candidates in this market, and the recruiters in Top Echelon Network have the candidates that are most in demand.  Not only that, but they’re more than willing to share those candidates for the purpose of making split placements.

Happy Trading Partners?  Check.  Happy candidates?  Check.  Happy employers?  Check.

Oh, and we’re happy, too, in case you were wondering.

Do you need more quality Network candidates?  Do you need more Trading Partners?  Do you want to be happier?  Then call Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CERS at 330.455.1433, x156.
