At Top Echelon, we’re constantly evolving and moving forward. That’s the case with all of the tools and services that we provide, including our software. That’s why I recently conducted a special Training Tuesday webinar titled “The Future of Candidates in Top Echelon Network.”

During that webinar, I discussed not only the future of candidates in the Network, but also the software and tools that we provide to help manage those candidates. Specifically, I addressed the Split Candidate Database and the MEGA Database.

The Split Candidate Database was created so that members of the Network could share candidates with one another. Without a doubt, the Split Candidate Database has produced a tremendous amount of split placements. However, I must point out some key factors. These factors include the number of:

  • Candidates being shared to the Split Candidate Database has dwindled over the years.
  • Placements caused by members searching the Split Candidate Database have declined.
  • Candidates in the MEGA Database grow daily and is now close to five million.
  • Placements caused by members searching the MEGA Database have increased.
  • Splits overall in Top Echelon’s recruiting network have increased every year since the Great Recession of 2008 ended.

Fast forward to the future

Realizing that Network members needed a better way to find candidates, we introduced the MEGA Database a few years ago. More than 70% of Network members use the Big Biller recruiting software, so it made sense to give them the option of allowing their trading partners to blindly search their database and ask for candidates that met certain search criteria.

We do realize that the MEGA Database currently has some limitations. We are addressing these limitations as quickly as we can. However, what’s important to keep in mind, especially as Network members make the transition to the new version of Big Biller, is this:

We are eventually going to phase out the Split Candidate Database.

Now don’t panic. We’re not doing it yet. If you’re a Network member who uses Big Biller and you move to the new version, the Split Candidate Database will still be there. However, there will be a big change: you can’t add candidates to it.

You can still search the Split Candidate Database. You just can’t add candidates to it or share candidates through it. If you want to share candidates, you must do so through the MEGA Database. (Or you can send the candidates directly to your split recruiting partners via email, as some members do.)

With all of this in mind, I encourage you to watch the recorded version of my special Training Tuesday webinar session. Just click the link below:

As any recruiter knows, the only thing better than making a placement is making a BIG placement. And we have some big placements in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

Specifically, we have the top placement fees for the fourth quarter in Top Echelon’s recruiting network!

There are some recruiters in Top Echelon who make a habit of earning top fees through the Network. One of those recruiters is Denise Milano Sprung of JA Pharma, Inc. Others on the list below include Shree Kumar of Max Populi, LLC and Darcy Morgan of GoRecruitMe.

However, the “usual suspects” aren’t the only ones on our list. There are some new faces, as well, recruiters who haven’t made top fees in the Network before, but now find themselves part of a big split placement.

The top placement fees . . . of the year?

The question now is this one: how will the top placement fees for the fourth quarter stack up against the top fees of the year in the Network?

That’s a great question. To get the great answer, be sure to check The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog on a consistent basis. We’ll be publishing the top fees for all of 2018 in the near future.

There were a LOT of big placement fees in the Network last year. But which one was the biggest? Tune in to find out.

In the meantime, congratulations to everybody who scored big fees in Top Echelon’s split network during the fourth quarter!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split recruiting awards in four distinct categories, which are listed below:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

The winners of these awards are only announced in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group has amassed some impressive production feats in Top Echelon’s recruiter network down through the years.

To illustrate, Trey has made over 800 Network placements and earned over $6 million cash-in as a result of those placements. He’s made a habit of hitting triple figures in placements during the past few years, consistently breaching the 100-placement plateau.

However, during the fourth quarter of 2018, Trey raised the bar on himself yet again. That’s because he made over 50 split placements in a single quarter. In fact, he made 51 splits totaling over $362K.

As a result of that production, Trey has earned Recruiter of the Quarter honors. Yet again.

Top 10 leading Network recruiters

However, we have more than just Trey in this blog post. We have the top 10 leading Network recruiters for the fourth quarter of 2018!

And you probably recognize many of the names listed below. Some of them have been perennial top producers for quite a few years. Some of have earned Recruiter of the Week honors. And some are relatively fresh faces. (No offense to everybody else’s face.)

So congratulations to Trey and to all of the leading Network recruiters in Top Echelon during the fourth quarter of 2018. Here’s to a new year and a great start to that year!

Top Echelon’s split network determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest cash-in total for their placements is deemed the winner.
