Once upon a time, there was a two-way race for supremacy in Top Echelon Network. That race involved Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc.

The COVID-19 pandemic threw that race into disarray, but now that the market is once again red-hot for recruiters, there is a three-way race in Top Echelon. That’s because Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group made his Network presence known in a BIG way this past year.

And Michael definitely finished the year strong, as he claimed both Recruiter of the Month honors for December and Recruiter of the Quarter accolades for the fourth quarter of 2021. In terms of the latter, Trey finished second and Steve was third, as you can see below.

The big question is who won Recruiter of the Year honors in Top Echelon Network?

Find out in next week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

Due to changes to this regular feature in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we now base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.

So congratulations to the recruiters listed below and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement during the fourth quarter of 2021!

There’s no better way to end the year than with big placement fees, and that’s exactly what some members of Top Echelon Network did at the end of 2021!

In fact, we have 10 pair of Network members who did just that, and they contributed to the largest split fees in TE during the fourth quarter.

Congratulations to Jennifer Hull of Jenn Resources and Jim Strickland of BioSource Recruiters, who claimed the biggest split fee of the quarter. We also extend congratulations to Ann Boland of The Boland Group, who was part of three of the 10 fees listed below.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network during the fourth quarter of 2021!

Top Echelon offers a free monthly webinar as part of its Expert Recruiter Coaching Series.

These webinars touch upon a variety of recruiter-related topics. These topics deal with both job candidates and clients. As always, our goal with these webinars is to help professional recruiters and executive search consultants just like YOU make more placements.

We record these webinars for those recruiters who can’t attend the live presentation, and we’re now pleased to offer the video from our most recent webinar by Tony Restell of Social-Hire.com.

The title of that webinar (and corresponding training video) is “How to Win New Clients Using Social Media.”

Below is the official description for this training video:

— — —

Overall, this past year was a good one for professional recruiters and executive search consultants. But if one thing is true about the recruiting profession, it’s that you can never have too many job orders or too many clients.

In the next webinar in Top Echelon’s Expert Recruiter Coaching Series, Tony Restell will reveal some of Social-Hire.com’s proven tactics for winning new clients via social media. Tony, the founder of a specialist social media agency serving the recruitment industry, will share the following (among other things):

  • The key things to focus on to get results (and why you’re probably spending time doing lots of things that don’t work)
  • How to consistently book calls with potential clients
  • How most of this can be delegated to other team members or outsourced, so it doesn’t need to eat up a lot of your time
  • And much more!

The New Year is upon us, and with it come new goals for production. Gear up for 2022 by watching this video and discover “How to Win New Clients Using Social Media”!
