Surprise Placements, Great Help, and Being Awesome

Everybody likes a surprise. (A GOOD surprise, that is . . . not a “Pearl Harbor surprise.”) In fact, recruiters love surprise placements. That’s because it’s like getting a good surprise in the form of a placement fee.

During the past few months, we’ve been running a series of blog posts titled, “The Power of the Network.” In this installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments,” though, we’re going to discuss the value our recruiting network.

Surprise, surprise, surprise placements

Surprise placements are just one part of the value associated with a split network. The case studies below also highlight other points of value. They include the following:

  • Great help—Recruiting is not the easiest profession in the world. As a result, having some help every once in a while is a good thing. When you get that help, placements happen more quickly and easily. Who doesn’t like that?
  • Being awesome—When you work with people you trust and like, it’s usually because they provide a great experience. That’s personal and professional branding at its finest. And when people like working with you, they’ll want to work with you again. The result: more placements. Now who doesn’t like THAT?

There is a lot of value (and power) in being part of a recruiter network like Top Echelon. These are just three examples. What about you? What kind of success story do you want to tell?

If you want to make surprise placements or be more awesome, our Director of Network Operations can help. His name is Drea Codispoti, and you can reach him by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
