In the ‘Top Echelon Recruiter Spotlight’: Richard Lowe
Welcome to the next installment of the “Top Echelon Recruiter Spotlight”!
As has been the case lately, we’re once again highlighting recruiters who have made their first split placement in Top Echelon Network. That seems to be a common theme lately, but it’s a theme that speaks to the high level of activity and production that’s occurring within the Network.
This week’s recruiter in the “Spotlight,” Richard Lowe, has made three placements in Top Echelon within the past three months. One of those placements prompted the glowing words below by one of his Trading Partners, George Seipel.
Considering the way Lowe has been blazing a trail through the Network during the past three months, there’s a good chance this won’t be the last time we hear from him . . . or from the recruiters who split large placement fees with him!

“Richard Lowe stays in contact as to what my needs are, and he presented qualified candidates that resulted in the process leading up to the placement. Richard is always on target, and if can help, he will. This candidate was originally presented for a different role within the client, but they were impressed and offered a greater role within the organization.”
Submitted by George Seipel of Charter Executive Search regarding his Network split placement with Richard Lowe, CPC of J.D. Cotter Search, Inc.
Position Title—MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
Fee Percentage—25%
(Editor’s note: Seipel and Lowe have made one split placement together in Top Echelon Network.)
