Recruiters of the Quarter Include Newer Members!

Sure, some familiar faces are on our list of Recruiters of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2017. However, there were also plenty of newer members!

And that’s good news. Because as much as we love our familiar faces, we also love newer members. (We love you ALL is what we’re trying to say.)

Newer members = big production

Let’s take a look at some of these newer members who have “hit the ground running” in Top Echelon’s recruiter network:

Shree Kumar of Max Populi, LLC joined the Network on January 4, 2017. Since then, she’s made 10 TE placements.

Keith Cornelison of Personnel Resources became a member of the Network on December 14, 2016. Since that time, he’s made 12 placements.

Jeff Katz of JSK Recruiting joined on September 2, 2016. Since joining, Jeff has made a total of 18 placements. (That’s an average of more than one per month. Way to go, Jeff!)

Mike Loftus, CPC of Beacon Professional Search joined the Network on May 7, 2015. He’s racked up six splits during his time in TE.

All of these members are represented below, on our list of the top 10 recruiters for the fourth quarter of 2017. We would like to congratulate all of these recruiters—familiar faces AND newer members—for the commitment they’ve made to their Network membership.

Below is the information that we are now including with the announcement of the Recruiter of the Quarter Award:

  • The top ten (10) producers in Top Echelon’s recruiting network for the quarter
  • The number of split placements those recruiters made during the quarter
  • The cash-in dollar amount that the recruiters earned as a result of those placements

Below are the final standings for the Recruiter of the Quarter Award in Top Echelon Network for the third quarter of 2017. Congratulations to all of these recruiters for their accomplishments!

Top Echelon’s split network determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest cash-in total for their placements is deemed the winner.
